Step-by-step diagnosis

Close the water tap, then unplug the washer.
Remove the top panel. The pressure switch is a round housing with a flexible tube running down to the tub.
Disconnect that tube at the switch end. Check it is not kinked, split, or blocked with scale, then blow through it gently.
Blow into the switch port. You should hear one or two clean clicks. No click means the switch needs replacing.
Clean the compression chamber at the base of the tub, the small tee where the tube connects. It silts up and skews the reading.
Turn the water back on and watch a fill. If it carries on past the normal level, the inlet valve is passing and the pressure switch was never the problem.

Blowing hard into the pressure switch's air tube to try to clear it — this can tear the switch's internal diaphragm.
