A question about a diagnosis, an error to report in one of our pages, a partnership enquiry? Use the form below. Every message is read, and we usually reply within 2–3 business days.

What DiagnosFix does not do

DiagnosFix is a publishing site. We offer no call-out or repair service, we sell neither spare parts nor appliances, and we issue no quotes. Nor can we diagnose an appliance remotely: the troubleshooting page matching your symptom is the right place to start.

For an accuracy report, give the address of the page and what looks wrong to you. That is what lets us check it the same day.

No newsletter, no sharing, no third-party form service.

Reach us directly

Prefer email or phone? Write to us at contact at diagnosfix dot com or call +1 307 316 0827. DiagnosFix is operated by NET STUDIO LLC, registered at 1501 South Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1386, Cheyenne, WY 82007, United States.

Corrections come first

A wrong part number, a price that no longer holds, a test that does not match your model: those reports jump the queue. Pick the topic “A correction to one of your pages”, give the address of the page and say what looks wrong — that is what lets us check it the same day.

Advertising and partnerships

We accept advertising through Google AdSense and work with appliance parts retailers on an affiliate basis. Under our editorial policy, advertisers have no influence over our diagnostic content.

Privacy and personal data

To ask for access to your data, a correction or its deletion, pick the matching topic in the form. What we do with data is set out in full in the privacy policy.

What DiagnosFix is not

DiagnosFix is a publishing site: we write diagnostic documentation, nothing else. In practice:

  • No call-outs. We do not visit, we send no technician, and we run no repair service.
  • No sales. We sell no spare parts, no tools and no appliances.
  • No quotes. We issue no personalised price estimate, not even an indicative one.

Nor can we diagnose your appliance by message: without it in front of us, any answer would be guesswork. Your best starting point is the troubleshooting page for your symptom, or the diagnostic assistant on the home page. For an actual repair, contact a qualified engineer in your area or the manufacturer’s service line.

Who reviews what you read

DiagnosFix was founded by Chriss R., an industrial engineer by training who specialised, during his studies, in the maintenance of equipment and IT systems — a field in which he later became an instructor. He then moved into construction, taking over his father’s contracting business when he retired, and now runs it from his desk: quotes, planning and site follow-up are handled from a computer, alongside raising four boys.

With his sister, he also runs a family restaurant, and between the two of them — drawing on that same background in industrial maintenance — they repair and service every piece of their own commercial kitchen equipment themselves, without calling in an outside technician.

That hands-on, everyday experience of diagnosing and fixing hardware, on top of his engineering background in maintenance, is what stands behind DiagnosFix: Chriss is the site’s founder, main author and technical reviewer.
